33 Year Old From Kincarding Arrested Again #RepeatOffender

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On May 22, 2025, at approximately 6:54 a.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a break and enter to a residence along Kincardine Avenue, Municipality of Kincardine.

Officers attended the area and discovered that an individual had broken into a rear door to the residence to gain entry while occupants were inside. They were placed into custody without incident.

As a result of the investigation, a 33-year-old resident of Kincardine was charged with:

  • Break, enter a dwelling house – CC 348(1)(a)
  • Fail to comply with probation order – CC 733.1(1)

The accused was held for a bail hearing and subsequently remanded into custody.

Kincardine Drug Bust

(KINCARDINE, ON) – The South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are advising that two individuals face charges after a search warrant was executed in the Municipality of Kincardine.

On May 2, 2025, members of the Grey Bruce Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU), Huron Perth CSCU, OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT), OPP Canine, and the South Bruce Crime Unit, executed a search warrant at a residence along Albert Road, Municipality of Kincardine.

CSCU members recovered approximately $28,000 worth of stolen property, including an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV), a snowmobile, and surveying equipment. A small quantity of suspected illicit drugs were also seized. Owners of the seized property have been contacted.

As a result of the investigation, the following individuals face multiple charges:

Laurent LUCIER, 47-years-old, of the Municipality of Kincardine was charged with:

  • Possession of property obtained by crime, CC 354(1)(a) – four counts
  • Possession of a Schedule I substance, CDSA 4(1)

The accused was released and is set to appear at the Walkerton Court of Justice on June 4, 2025.

Dale CONANT, 46-years-old, of the Municipality of Kincardine was charged with:

  • Possession of firearm or ammunition contrary to prohibition order, CC 117.01(1) – three counts
  • Fail to comply with release order, CC 145(5)(a)
  • Fail to comply with probation order, CC 733.1(1) – two counts
  • Possession of property obtained by crime, CC 354(1)(a) – four counts
  • Possession of a Schedule I substance, CDSA 4(1)

The accused was held for a bail hearing and subsequently remanded into custody.

School Bus Vs Cyclist Collision 73 Year Old Arrested

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On April 25, 2025, at approximately 3:18 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a collision involving a school bus and a cyclist along Russell Street, Municipality of Kincardine.

Officers responded to the area to discover that a student operating a bicycle was struck by a school bus. The student had minor injuries and did not require immediate medical attention.

The driver, a 73-year-old resident of Howick, has been charged with the following:

  • Careless driving, HTA 130(1)

Repeat Offender Arrested In Kincardine – Assault With Weapon, Etc. #3Strikes

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On April 17, 2025, at approximately 5:56 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a patron refusing to leave a licensed establishment along Queen Street, Municipality of Kincardine.

Officers attended and took the individual into custody without incident. Further investigation led to a series of criminal charges.

Robert THOMPSON, 54-years-old, of the Municipality of Kincardine was charged with:

  • Assault with a weapon, CC 267(a)
  • Fail to comply with Probation Order, CC 733.1(1)
  • Breach of Recognizance, CC 811
  • Fail to leave premises when directed, TPA 2(1)(b)

The accused was held for a bail hearing and subsequently remanded into custody.

45 Year Old From Kincardine Arrested – Details Released

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On April 8, 2025, at approximately 6:07 p.m., a member of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped to check a vehicle along Highway 21, Municipality of Kincardine.

After speaking with the driver, the investigating officer detected signs of impairment. The driver was subsequently placed under arrest. A search incident to arrest led to the discovery of approximately 40g of suspected cocaine. The driver was transported for further testing.

On April 9, 2025, the South Bruce OPP, the Grey-Bruce Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU), and Huron-Perth CSCU, executed a search warrant in relation to this matter at an address in the Municipality of Kincardine. The search resulted in the seizure of suspected illicit drugs and prohibited weapons.

Mark MCINTOSH, 45-years-old, resident of Kincardine, was charged with:

  • Operation while impaired, CC 320.14(1)(a)
  • Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking, CDSA 5(2)
  • Possession of a schedule I substance, CDSA 4(1)
  • Possession of a prohibited device, CC 92(2)
  • Fail to comply with undertaking, CC 145(4)(a)
  • Careless driving, HTA 130(1)

The accused was held for a bail hearing and subsequently remanded into custody.

WHITEHEAD Arrested AGAIN! #3Strikes

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On April 13, 2025, at approximately 8:09 a.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a suspicious person acting aggressively towards a homeowner, at a residential property along Highway 9, Municipality of Kincardine. 

Officers attended the area and located the individual, who brandished an edged weapon towards police. The individual was eventually taken into custody without injury to the subject or to responding officers.

As a result of the investigation, Michael WHITEHEAD, 30-years-old, of the Municipality of Kincardine has been charged with:

·      Assault police with a weapon, CC 270.01(1)(a)

·      Possession of a weapon for dangerous purpose, CC 88

·      Fail to comply with Probation, 733.1(1) – four counts

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On April 10, 2025, at approximately 4:50 p.m., a member of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped to check a vehicle along Huron Terrace, Municipality of Kincardine.

The investigating officer detected signs of impairment from the driver. They were subsequently placed under arrest and transported for further testing.

Almira KAMALUDDIN, 36-years-old, of the Scarborough, was charged with:

  • Operation while Impaired – alcohol and drugs, CC 320.14(1)(a)

The accused is set to appear at the Walkerton Court of Justice on June 6, 2025, to answer to the charge.

WATSON Arrested For Drunk Driving

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On April 5, 2025, at approximately 5:58 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a traffic complaint in the Municipality of Kincardine.

The subject vehicle was located along Gary Street. The investigating officer detected signs of impairment from the involved driver. The driver was placed under arrest and transported for further testing.

Christina WATSON, 56-years-old, of the Municipality of Kincardine, was charged with:

  • Operation while Impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus), CC 320.14(1)(b)

The accused is set to appear at the Walkerton Court of Justice on May 7, 2025 to answer to the charge.

Drunk Drivers Being Arrested 2 At A Time Now In Kincardine

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On March 22, 2025, at approximately 10:49 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a disturbance in the area of King Street, Municipality of Kincardine.

On arrival, police discovered that the subject of the complaint had been operating a motor vehicle. The investigating officer detected signs of impairment from the involved driver. While investigating the initial matter, a second vehicle approached the area, nearly striking a police cruiser. The investigating officer detected signs of impairment from the involved driver of the second vehicle. Both drivers were placed under arrest and transported for further testing.

David JEFFERY, 47-years-old, of New Brunswick, was charged with:

  • Operation while Impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus), CC 320.14(1)(b)
  • Possession of a Schedule I substance, CDSA 4(1)

Benjamin NOWAK, 49-years-old, of the Municipality of Kincardine, was charged with:

  • Operation while Impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus), CC 320.14(1)(b)
  • Dangerous Operation, CC 320.13(1)

Both accused drivers are set to appear at the Walkerton Court of Justice at a later date to answer to the charges.
